We adore this cute First Look video of our bride Katelyn and her handsome husband. Doesn't Katelyn look adorable in her Emmie gown? Congratulations Katelyn!
Videography by December Rose Film Phoebe wore one of our off-the-rack gowns, with a lace form-fitting top, and a fun layered tulle bottom. It's so fun to help brides like Phoebe find the gown of their dreams and then see the end results of them in their beautiful gowns with their new husbands. Congratulations Phoebe, you looked incredible!

Photography by Faund Images Photography In case you missed it, our bride Liz was featured on KSL news when her gown was anonymously paid for by another of our generous bride's at our February trunk show. What a special experience it was to be a part of! Her sweet story went viral and was featured nation wide by People Magazine, CNN, ABC News New York, Good Morning America, and more! It was so fun to see the entire nation touched by this random act of kindness. Congratulations to Liz and her groom Jimmy.

Photography by India Earl We get asked a lot why we only allow 2 guests per bride. Here's why:
2) Too Many People Is A Bad Idea. A wedding dress has long been heralded as the most important dress a girl will ever own. That's a lot of pressure! Taking that plunge and buying your special dress can be scary. Most girls assume that by having their mom, four sisters, two sisters-in-law, both grandmothers, fiance, dad, three roommates, and their dog all their to help them make the decision that everything will be easier. Unfortunately, that's simply not true. So many people would never agree on anything (has anyone ever seen "Say Yes To The Dress"?!) Even if the majority of your party agrees that the dress you love is "the one", there's always going to be that one person who doesn't love it. Lets be honest, if everyone had the same taste in everything then there would be no variety and fun in this world! Unfortunately, that one person that can't get on board with your dream dress dampens the mood for the whole experience.
3) Damage. A bridal party of 10 people, equals 20 busy feet. That many feet in a small, confined area full of wedding dresses never ends well. Unfortunately we have had our delicate gowns stepped on, dirtied, ripped and ruined by busy, busy bridal party members. It is for the sake of our gowns staying pristine that we not only limit the number of guests allowed, but also request that all bridal guests stay seated for the duration of the appointment.
Kristalyn opted for one of our favorites from this years collection- the Hanae gown. We love the way the chiffon flows and flatters her adorable figure. She looked absolutely stunning. Congratulations Kristalyn to you and your sweetheart!

Gown: Emmie by Elizabeth Cooper Design Photography: Kristina Bills Photography June's Utah trunk show was held at the most unique venue in Provo, Utah- The Bell Room is not only incredibly beautiful and centrally located right in the heart of Provo, but it's also one of the most affordable venues we've ever come across! For only $800 for a full day weekend rental, this place is a steal.
It was so fun to meet so many beautiful brides. The June show was a blast. We can't wait for August! Alissa was the most adorable bride! We LOVE the dark ivory Emmie gown that she wore- it suited her perfectly! Congratulations to Alissa and her handsome new husband!

We adore the bohemian / hippie trend making its way through the wedding world. Where some brides prefer the more traditional, formal wedding, others prefer the laid back, barefoot, chiffon in the wind type of event. It's so fun to be able to cater to all different styles and preferences. Working on this Hippie shoot with Ali Brown Studios was a blast. The florals by Brush Fire Florals were perfect, we couldn't get over the fact that the bouquet is made exclusively out of paper flowers from The Lovely Ave! Imagine that- a wedding bouquet that you get to keep forever! Jewelry was provided by Be Online Boutique, a new boutique that creates the coolest jewelry, check them out. Of course we also loved the way our Solène gown blew in the wind, in that perfect magical way. However the element that really pulled it all together was that killer VW van. This van is the cutest, and, believe it or not, it's a Photo Booth! Photo Booth Bus caters to all the western states and adds the cutest bit of spunk to your event.

February 21st we had our Elizabeth Cooper Design trunk show. At the show one of our brides anonymously paid for the gown of another bride! Complete strangers, the giver just did it out of the kindness of her heart. It is such a sweet story to hear. The story has attracted the attention of news networks across the world. CNN, ABC News, People Magazine, Good Morning America, and more have all shared this sweet story.
We hope this tender story inspires more to pay it forward! Check it out:
