Whitney wore our Hanae gown in ivory with a flutter sleeve and we must say- she looked absolutely gorgeous. We love the location she chose for her photos, the LDS Manti Temple is stunning. Congratulations to Whitney and her groom!

In case you missed it, our bride Liz was featured on KSL news when her gown was anonymously paid for by another of our generous bride's at our February trunk show. What a special experience it was to be a part of! Her sweet story went viral and was featured nation wide by People Magazine, CNN, ABC News New York, Good Morning America, and more! It was so fun to see the entire nation touched by this random act of kindness. Congratulations to Liz and her groom Jimmy.

Photography by India Earl We get asked a lot why we only allow 2 guests per bride. Here's why:
2) Too Many People Is A Bad Idea. A wedding dress has long been heralded as the most important dress a girl will ever own. That's a lot of pressure! Taking that plunge and buying your special dress can be scary. Most girls assume that by having their mom, four sisters, two sisters-in-law, both grandmothers, fiance, dad, three roommates, and their dog all their to help them make the decision that everything will be easier. Unfortunately, that's simply not true. So many people would never agree on anything (has anyone ever seen "Say Yes To The Dress"?!) Even if the majority of your party agrees that the dress you love is "the one", there's always going to be that one person who doesn't love it. Lets be honest, if everyone had the same taste in everything then there would be no variety and fun in this world! Unfortunately, that one person that can't get on board with your dream dress dampens the mood for the whole experience.
3) Damage. A bridal party of 10 people, equals 20 busy feet. That many feet in a small, confined area full of wedding dresses never ends well. Unfortunately we have had our delicate gowns stepped on, dirtied, ripped and ruined by busy, busy bridal party members. It is for the sake of our gowns staying pristine that we not only limit the number of guests allowed, but also request that all bridal guests stay seated for the duration of the appointment.
Kristalyn opted for one of our favorites from this years collection- the Hanae gown. We love the way the chiffon flows and flatters her adorable figure. She looked absolutely stunning. Congratulations Kristalyn to you and your sweetheart!

Gown: Emmie by Elizabeth Cooper Design Photography: Kristina Bills Photography June's Utah trunk show was held at the most unique venue in Provo, Utah- The Bell Room is not only incredibly beautiful and centrally located right in the heart of Provo, but it's also one of the most affordable venues we've ever come across! For only $800 for a full day weekend rental, this place is a steal.
It was so fun to meet so many beautiful brides. The June show was a blast. We can't wait for August! |
